Returns
All products are non-refundable with the exception of a product damaged in transit. Information regarding the purchase (tracking number, invoice #, etc) along with a picture of the damaged product will be evaluated. If damage was identified, submit an inquiry to customerservice@domofgrace.com with the information above to be evaluated and a return label will be provided to you for return. All returns must be submitted within 30 days or receiving the product.
Shipping
All orders will ship out within 24 hours of purchase or next business day depending on when the order was submitted with our hours of operation. Note - Shipments could be delayed if there is an issue with your payment or carrier network issues/delays.
